BALANCED Nutrition and Dietetics was established in 2023 by founding dietitian, Stacey Hardie. Stacey is an Accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist as well as an Accredited Sports Dietitian. She has nearly 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups, schools and teams to optimise their health through food and healthy habits.
Stacey excels at helping people find a balance between their nutritional needs and their lifestyle to optimise a healthy lifelong relationship with food, exercise, health and self-confidence. As a ‘non-diet’ dietitian, she believes fad diets and eating to please a scale need to be shown the door! There is a right way of eating for everyone, but not one way of eating is right for everyone. She can help you to find the right balance of foods for you.
Specialising in sports nutrition, Stacey has a keen interest in how food can optimise the performance of an athlete within training, competitions and on game day. Eating right for performance is just as important as the training you do.
